Can I write code of the game inside Android Studio or there have Cocos’s IDE to write code of the game?

Android Studio 3.1.1 +

Emulators are a lot faster in the 3.2 Canary release.

The emulators are independent from Android Studio version. You can also use the latest emulators in 3.1.
