I need cocosBuilder.But I can’t find it!
Where can I download cocos builder?

You can find the gitHub repo here: https://github.com/cocos2d/CocosBuilder

However, I’m not sure why you need to use it. It is very old.

Can you explain what you are trying to do, please.

I have a cocos project which is built by cocos builder.
I must edit my project.
so i need cocos builder.

I guess you need to build it? We haven’t had downloads for at least 6 years.

Pretty sure it’s macOS only.
(CocoStudio worked on Windows)
