[solved] Cocos Creator stuck at open

Hello, I’m a new user. I have successfully installed the Cocos Creator, but when I opened it, it was stuck when loading, I waited for it for 3 hours but it didn’t change, please help me fix it, thanks

solved, i delete folder path : “C:\Users\Admin.CocosCreator” and reinstall, and that work

I just removed the folder “.CocosCreator” inside ““C:\Users\YourCurrentUserName” and cocos started working, I didn’t do a reinstall,thank you so much
