Problem with Cococs2D-X 2.2.5

I used cocos2dx 2.2.5 few days ago to create a project and it worked fine. Now when yesterday i tried to create a project with cocos2dx 2.2.5, it created this problem. Though HelloWorld is working fine, but when I am replacing images and .cpp filles, it is not running.

You should say what’s the codes and how you use the images.

I meant to say when I am replacing .cpp files in Classes folder and images in Resources folder, it is showing the error.

To get the image I am using following code

CCSprite *bg = CCSprite::create("splash.png") ;

Yep, you replace .cpp and resources, and these all may cause problem.
For example, you codes will cause the crash.

So it is hard to say what cause the problem.
You should give more detail information.

I created a project first. (say TEST). Now I have created again a new project(say TEST2). Now the default code for TEST2 is running fine. But when I am copying files from Classes and Resource folder of TEST to TEST2’s respective folders and running the project, it’s creating the problem. Basically I want to create a copy of my existing project.

So i think you modify TEST project setting after you created, right?
Does these modification be applied to TEST2?

I modified few settings when creating TEST like : In eclipse, under Project Properties, i used “use project settings” under C/C++ General -> Code Analysis

No other settings modification i did. I did the same for TEST2. There are no errors in code.
I am using NDK r9d.

I just found out that it’s a problem regarding .plist files. When I am deleting those .plist, .pvr.ccz files, the program is running fine. But when I am trying to add those .plist, .pvr.ccz files its creating problems and showing me that error. What do I do now?

.par.ccz can not packed into .apk since it is a zip file.
I think .plist is not problem.

No. only c++ files. And I looked about that resource in R.java, it’s app_name. I figured out what was the problem and it is solved now. In my .plist, some pictures were missing. But there is a question in my mind. I am going to describe a bit my question. Say I have 4 .cpp files according to appearance- AppDelegate, SplashScreen, MainMenu and GameScreen. I used code to load the .plist file in MainMenu(CCSpriteFrameCache::sharedSpriteFrameCache()->addSpriteFramesWithFile("cells.plist");). Since there was some pictures missing in my .plist file, so it was supposed to throw an error at the time of MainMenu loading time. But in my case, the game was not starting. The screen just went black. Can you please tell me, why is that?

It will output a log saying that it can not load texture, will not throw an error.

Okay. But as I told you, the log does not even say about any texture. It’'s just saying about my SplashScreen background image(splash.png) and that resource 0x7f030000 i.e my app_name and the game does not start. It’s just my screen goes black and whatever the log report says, I showed you. All this happens even before using any textures from that .plist file.
