I should to sleep right now, but my strange mind gave me this idea.
Once a week, you announce the employee from whom you are going to interview. Like this
“Next week we will interview Jason. He is our insert_position. He likes coffee and cats. Post your questions here and he will answer the most interesting.”
Well, next week, Jason chooses the questions that he like + a few standard questions , you post the interview and announce a new employee.
Examples of questions
“Tell us about your cats.”
“What is your favorite game?”
“How much code did you write this week?”
I hope that this should entertain users and spare you the need to invent questions. I also hope that this will not take much time, since I would prefer better documentation than a lot of detailed interviews.
