Hi, I am searching a mentor what will help me with AdMob library integration into Cocos Creator 3.8.1 project. I can pay hourly for your help.

The requirements:
Show me, or send an example, how to initialize AdMob on Android side.
Show me, or send an example, how to call load/show ads methods on Android side from Cocos typescript.
Answer some question during this integration.

I think I know how to integrate AdMob with Cocos2d-x or with Axmol.
But not with Cocos Creator.
