Implement TopOn service issue

Hi everyone,

I tried to add TopOn service to my cocos creator, followed this doc TopOn (Aggregate Ads) · GitBook

But I could not find TopOn item in Service Panel in Cocos Creator.

Please help.

sorry, 2.x does not integrate topon.
