How to share screenshot to facebook or twitter

Hello guys,
I want to implement a function that screenshot the scores page and then share to facebook or twitter. I already done with screenshot. But I have no idea how to do the rest.
I use Cocos creator 3.5.2

  1. Any advice about how to share a picture to facebook or twitter?
  2. Where to store the picture?
  3. SDKBOX seems deprecated, is there any alternative?
