I’m having trouble running Cocos2D IDE. I get the following error (see screenshot) when I start up the program. Am I missing something and if so, what? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
Are you working on 32 or 64 bit?
Did you install java 32 or 64 bit?
If you are working on a 64 bit os install java 64 bit and try again.
My Windows 7 Pro is 64 bit and I already had the correct Java installed. Uninstalled it and reinstalled. Works great now so I’m not sure why it didn’t work earlier. Oops. ^^;;
Did you had java 32 bit also installed? Maybe you installed 64 bit first (sets java environment variable), than 32 bit (sets java environment variable, too).
