create_project.py is outdated for creating MacOS projects

Greetins, I am using Xcode 5, cocos2Dx 2.2.2 . When using the create_project.py script it is creating an outdated Xcode Project for Mac OS , it refers to files that no longer exists in Cocos2Dx 2.2.2. Most of them related to CocosBuilder.
