Compiling Android failed. externalNativeBuildRelease failed

Hello everyone! I am having trouble compiling my game for Android platform. It is quite a strange problem as well. I have uploaded the native.log of the compilation process. From what I can tell at the bottom, it seems to “externalNativeBuildRelease”

For more information, I am building for Android 28. I have NDK 17.2 and 19.2.

The strange thing about this problem is that a fresh project can build fine. Even if I copy over all the assets from this base project and build, it still works fine. So I’m guessing it must be related to a project setting.
