Cocos2d-x Lua Targeting Windows Phone 8

Hi, i’m new here

We are evaluating Cocos2d-x for our next project. And with new v3.2 final announcement just now, we want to use Lua or JS for accelerating game development.

My question is, can we deploy to Windows Phone 8 if we use Lua or JS? Or should we stick with C++? Does Code Code IDE support wp8 easy deploy as well?

There’s a PR for it a while back. I would be it’s on the list of things to add, but I’d love to know the status as well.

It’s binding for cocos2d-x v2? Can i use Lua or JS with cocos2d-x V3 on Windows Phone 8 ? Sorry, my English so bad.

Hello, I’m too interested in developing for Windows Phone 8.1, using version 3.6 of Cocos2d-x. Is it really supported?

Hello, I have resolved. It took me a while to realize that the default configuration for compilation under WP8 is Win32, while setting ARM I managed to deploy and debug on my Lumia.
