Cocos Creator 2.3.1 - Tiled V1.0?

Does Cocos Creator 2.3.1 only support Tiled up to v1.0? Currently, I’m using the latest of Tiled 1.3.3 and having difficulties import tmx map. Would appreciate any help. Thanks and God Bless…
