App shows message "stopped working" and shows no errors

When I start debugging, starts the activity and then appears the message “unfortunately, the app stopped”, and Cocos IDE displays the error “Starting runtime failed. Please check if the device’s screen is locked.”

And when I generate the APK or IPA also appears the same error after installed.
