[WP8] Where to get ARM versions of freetype.lib, libpng.lib, and zlib.lib?

These seem to be missing from the WP8 project distribution, preventing me from actually deploying my app to my phone. Are they hosted anywhere, or can they be built easily?

Don’t use linked zip’s but download complete github master. It is already fixed couple of days ago.
