When will version 3.0 be released?

Dear Cocod2d-x team,
when will version 3.0 be finally released? Are there any updated plan on this? Also
from the various presentations I have seen it is not clear to me if the distribution model of cocos2d-x is going to change. Are you going to keep the library with its liberal licence and instead publish some additional parts with different licenses ( what does the word “private use” that I have seen in some presentations means?). Is there any plan to release CocosStudio source code?

Looks like they are targeting Dec 31’st for the next 3.0 Beta.
