Has anyone managed to get these working together? I’ve got around 100mb of sound files I need to be able to play in my app, so I’m having to put them in an expansion pack so I can submit to Google Play.
Does has anyone have any suggestions on how to do this? I was thinking of including all the audio in an expansion pack and then expanding them once downloaded, so SimpleAudioEngine::sharedEngine()->playEffect can play them ok, but expanding once downloaded isn’t recommended by Google. The other option is to play them from the zipped file, but I don’t think I can pass a path into a zipped file into SimpleAudioEngine. I’m a bit lost here to be honest! The app is actually complete now, so this a complete and utter pain!
