is there a tool like Zwoptex in windows?

i make sprites’ animations by Zwoptex in mac os, but when i start to develop in windows, i cannot find a tool to make the plist and png, because there seems no windows version of Zwoptex.
What shall i do?

hello, you could use Texture packer, it crosses platforms and it has a free version.

oh, i found it, so Tiled HAS a windows version:D
