Hello Guys noob question, How to Install version cocos2dx 2.2.1

I have OSX maverick and Xcode 5.0.2.

I Followed the Instructions on a book and on internet, and When I add the command on Terminal (./install-templates-xcode.sh uf) it says: “No Such File or Directory”

And before that, go to the root directory of where cocos downloaded file is.
