how to install cocos-2dx 2.2.2 on visual studio 2010

Hello. I can’t find file install-templates-msvc.bat in cocos package (2.2.2). How can i install cocos template, so i could see “create new cocos project” in menu?

There is no longer uses template, it now uses project creation tool.
