Hide button on soft keyboard not triggering DETACH_WITH_IME

Hi,

I’ve encountered a problem similar to this on Ipad 2 simulator (xcode)

Hiding the soft keyboard on iPad doesn't call DETACH_WITH_IME

Pressing return will call EventType::DETATCH_WITH_IME, but the ‘hide keyboard’ key does not. Circled red in the attached image. [image] There is an older post here but I guess it didn’t make it into 3.0/3.1?

Searched though other posts in the forum and in google but can’t find a solution…
Does anyone already have a solution for this?
