HELP!!! iPad/iPhone graphic problem! :( [SOLVED]

Hi,
there is a problem with cocos2d-x when I draw two big alpha sprites, a over another! I have a flickers on screen, as a depth buffer problems!
Any idea?
On screen I have 2 only sprites…

I have did two shots with and without the problem!
