error MSB3073: exited with code 4 when compile in Visual Studio 2010

Hi,
I am using cocos2d-x-2.1.4 for my new Wind32 game.
When I build using Visual Studio 2010 at first time I am getting following error:

I cleaned solution and build again- not solved
Provided Full Permission to all folders inside cocos2d-x-2.1.4- not solved

Please help me…

Please create a folder in “X:2d-x-2.1.4\cocos2d-x-2.1.4\samples\Javascript\CocosDragonJS\proj.win32” by hand,
the folder is “CocosDragonJS\Published files Android”
