Just ported the great CCScrollView which is part of Cocos Builder and Cocos2d-x 2.0 for Cocos2d-x 0.0.13 users.
CCScrollView is the only usable scrollview I know of. It acts more like the iOS UIScrollView and not just like a “AngryBirds” level menu.
