Solution for javascript when change tab browser?

hey everybody, i have a this problem:

when i start game on the tab browser, in this tab: a sprite is moving from A to B, at this time, i change to new tab(Ex: facebook). I known in tab game, everything is pausing but i don’t want to that. So, How do the tab game run when change tab?

I was asking for solution few month ago - seems there is some kind webworker workaround - but doesn’t looks that easy to implement;/
