C# code with Windows phone 8.1 universal project?

I use 3.4 and want to support windows phone 8.1 (target 8.1) but now only win8.1-universal project support it.

But i want to use some c# code like admob, how to do with universal project.

If not how to re target wp8-xaml project to Windows phone 8.1
