Recently I tried to upload a game-play video of my game in iTunes Connect and I could not do it. I recorded the video with a iPhone 8 Simulator, because it should be in 5,5" device. I used Handbrake tool for convert and comply with the requirements, but I continue with problems…
I can’t use Quicktime Player because I don’t have a real 5,5" device.
Any suggestion / Steps for make it?
In Play Store is very easy…
You just need to have it in proper size and format, use some other video editor where u can create needed size and place video there. Optionally ask friend or on fiverr to record video for you.
I’m recording the video in iPhone 8 Plus Simulator (Display 5,5").
Duration: 23 seconds (is between 15 and 30 seconds that apple requires)
Type: mp4
However when I attach it the display msg is that the resolution should be 1920x1080, 1080x1920.
I converted the resolution with Handbrake but I continue with the same msg…
Do you use some special tool for record or convert the video?
