Hi, we try to open SDKBOX GUI, but its freezes… there is a way to unlock this situation?

we have tried to reinstall cocos (on OSX) but nothing 
Th same problem happen with me i hope they will solve it
Any ideas? 
On OSX we have resolved with update python to 2.7.16 and in terminal used this command:
` python -c """import urllib; s = urllib.urlopen('https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sdkbox-doc/en/master/install/install.py').read(); exec(s)""" `
On window, we continue to have the trouble.
