Replace “Powered by Cocos Creator”

Hi,
As mentioned in title is there a way to replace the “Powered by Cocos Creator” loading screen for 2.4 version.

I’ve searched for few and they were all the ones where I need to create build and then I can change them but I want to change them directly without using build. Is there a method for that?
