Pods install issue in Cocoa Pods

Hello,
I have created cocos creator projects and taken iOS build with a intention of adding Facebook login.
I have installed Cocoapods.

While running the projects it gave following error.

error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run ‘pod install’ or update your CocoaPods installation.

Need some support to fix this.

Have you tried both of the suggestions the error message gave you to see if that fixes the problem though
