Need to modify Box2D, how to build cocos2d-x library?

I need to make some small mods to Box2d (I want to add a Constant Volume Joint port from BoxJ2D)

However, the project created with Cocos studio references a prebuilt Cocos2d -xlibrary with Box2d in there.

How do I rebuild the library and then use that library in a cocos2d -x project after making some mods to Box2D framework?

Anyone? Im sure someone had to modify box2d to add custom joints or liquidfun
