Issue when debugging empty android project

I’ve created an empty cocos2d-x 3.17 project and when I’ve ran it on the device and I’m getting following exception:

I can continue and app works fine.

What is this?

I think it’s a auto enabled Exception Breakpoint，related with mismatch ABI.

So I don’t have to worry? But I haven’t got this issue in 3.16. How can I get rid of this issue?
