Help with Command Prompt

I’m getting the following error after trying the cocos command in windows 10 command prompt, can someone help me resolve this, I checked out " Cocos2dx" and went to advanced settings to change the PATH$ variable to C:\Users\paulz\Desktop\cocos2d-x\tools\cocos2d-console\bin but it doesn’t work:

  1. What version of cocos2d-x are you using?

  2. What version of Python are you using? You need to be at 2.7. 3.x isn’t supported.

I am using 4.0, I changed my python version to 2.7.18 and it works
