FBinstant ads showing only once

The problem first-time ads will be load and I can display them in my game. but the second time when I click the ads button it’s showing ads not loaded error please help me to come out from this issue thank you.

Are you using Cocos2d-js or Cocos Creator? Which version?

cocos creator 2.4.6 version am using.

i need to know how to reload the ads so i can show my face book instance ads one after the anther to give rewards to user.
