i was using this guide to debug my game Cocos Creator — How to Debug Native (Android) | by N. Wigi | Medium

i followed every step and i get this error

Perhaps you need to turn on USB debugging on your phone?

i wish it was that but no its already turned on and its the same phone and cable i used for play after build and compile

UPDATE so i was an idiot i was tryna debug the apk that was inside publish and not simulator one after trying with that one i got this error
