Downloading Folder From Github

I will create my Cocos creator Project with c++.And in the documentation it says we need to copy a folder that contains c++ and lua support.How can I download folder from GitHub ?

I setupped target project and when I try to build the project building stays in progress forever.

I managed it but I didn’t understand the “Header and Include search paths” parts.Where should I write these codes ?
