Does Cocos2dx Curl support HTTP/2

Setup: cocos2dx 3.17.1

I looked around for quite a while and could not find any info on this, does the cocos2dx build of curl support HTTP/2? (curl supports HTTP/2 via Nghttp2)

if it does not how should i go about adding this to the cocos2dx build for curl?
