Cocos creator 2.4.2 sprite frame opacity question

A) node : opacity 255 in cocos, sprite frame(png) opacity 20% in photoshop

B) node : opacity 20 in cocos, sprite frame(png) opacity 100% in photoshop

are there differents at the memory ?
