Cocos Code IDE taken down?

I was looking at the Download page and noticed that you can’t download Code IDE anymore. Was it taken down till it is ready or is it no longer supported?

Download the Cocos 2.3.1 at download page.

Install it and you can download Cocos Code IDE 2.0.0 beta at Cocos Store.
