If you can consider changing the CocosCreator version, then these are the versions that I use and compile successfully for Android:
- Cocos Creator 2.1
- Android NDK r17b
- Android SDK - api level 23

Hi, I just created a new project and then I built it successfully. I used the same settings (as far as I remember:)). So I guess something just didn’t work properly in the first try.
