Best place to ask questions about Cocos Creator as an English speaker?

I’m new to Cocos Creator and I would like to find out the best place to ask questions. Is this forum the most active place? Are there other communities I should check out?

Also I’ve noticed the Chinese forum (https://forum.cocos.org) gets far more posts and responses. Is it acceptable to ask questions in the Chinese forum with the help of Google Translate?

However, If you want to try the Chinese forum with Cocos Creator. I won’t stop you.
