Generated a new ‘empty’ project and attempted to build.
CMake 3.10 does NOT work (Ninja cannot be found)
CMake 3.6 does work.
Queries:
Is this expected behaviour?
If not, is there a fix?

i had bumped into this issue before too
there is a thread that discussed about this 3.17.1 Android CMake issue
if i remember correctly, another fix that i also applied was to use the latest gradle version.
