Hi, First of all, The last I checked, Cocos2dx uses some older API functions like fread(), fopen(), fwrite(), etc for file, I/O management. These, as far as I know are not allowed in a win8 metro app and will fail the final app store test.

And secondly, does cocos2dx support networking(specifically Asynchronous Multiplayer like Turn Based Games), on Windows 8 platform…
Finally, the helper programs like LevelHelper, SpriteHelper programs for Cocos2dx, do these have support for windows 8??
