Win8: where is defined rule to copy resources during build?

I’d like to understand where in the Win8 Cocos2d-X project defined copy procedure for Resources. I need to understand how it’s done and how can I adjust it.

We have cross-platform project (ios/android/win8) and we try to support both cocos2dx 2.x (ios/android) and 0.x (win8) in the same codebase but we have some issues with resources.
