who have cocos3d-x
It doesn’t exist (yet) or there is still no stable version.
If you’re looking for an open source 3D game engine for mobile games, this one seems good: https://github.com/blackberry/gameplay/ .
It’s architecture & API style is very very similar to cocos2d-x. It’s open source with Apache 2.0 license, RIM’s engineers are maintaining it.
