What is best supported IDE for cocos2d-x JS on mac which supports IntelliSense as well as debugging?
Cocos code IDE is no more supported.

It’s incredible, that so many people use cocos and nobody can share what they use it with.

We write for cocos2d JS with https://c9.io/ or https://atom.io/.

We use Visual Studio Code (its good for debugging with JSB plugin, the new iOS safari debug plugin, and on chrome. But no intellisense, autocomplete etc). And we use WebStorm (good for debugging on chrome and great intellisense, autocomplete etc, but not free).
