WSS is not support from box. But you build it using https://github.com/cocos2d/cocos2d-x-3rd-party-libs-src .
We did wss only for ios.

You have to understand that you have to change the build rules in .mak files fot this

cocos2d-x v3.8.1 is very old.

Use at least this: cocos2d-x-3.15 Apr.21 2017
