WebGL stops working in middle of a session

Hi, I wanted to ask if anybody has experienced that everything works fine, then in the middle of a session canvas turns black and after browser refresh, WebGL is not available for the browser()?

It happened to one of our players and I might get more precise details later on(Browser, OS, if repeatable).

Or maybe somebody has some guesses what could have happened there?

Used cocos creator version? can you provide a demo that can reproduct theissue?

I haven’t reproduced the bug. It was reported by one of our players. But maybe you have an idea of how browser/computer loses its WebGL rendering capability?

I don’t know if these rendering problems are connected, but today we got a bug report that something went wrong with rendering on WebGL. There are no javascript errors in this session but might have browser errors. I added user agent and screenshot:

I ran in edge 17134,but I can’t reproduct it.
maybe you can add some log , and contact the player to reproduct some info.
