Tracker for documentation

Hello,

I was wondering if there should be a tracker for documentation. For example, ccTime is not documented. Now I know it is simply a typedef to float… but it would be nice if it would show up in doxygen output.

Forgive me. We’re so lazy, the doxygen document is almost the same to cocos2d-iphone.
Maybe here’s a carelessness. We will fix it.
