This confuses your potential fan base. Say I have both Android and iOS and I want to play your game. What do I do when I can’t find it by the same name? Also, folks could perceive this as being a dishonest developer.

I would work on my game and make it more interesting, promote it more through social media. Changing the name just gets people to play it once. If it still isn’t their cup of tea they will put it aside regardless of the name.

Either paid or unpaid or social network marketing. Good game doesn’t work, so you gotta market it.
You must keep same name everywhere. You can spam with your game link on some forum/social networks pages .

Yeah, there is no point spamming on Cocos2d-x forums as game release posts sooner or later, in max 1 month time will be visible to lot of people active on forums.

In general, you don’t spam on forums, you simply make a post or two.
Spamming goes on pages on social network pages.

Yeah, some game before i try to post on forum or social media like facebook ads, but i’m not success, i don’t know because i do wrong method or i’m not do much or my game is not good, etc …
And with some game have a good keyword, my game at least, have some download
So i try to change title sometime, on android and iOS
